How we handle client data in engagements

We built Ethos serving clinics. PDPA is not a disclaimer line — it is how the business is structured. When we conduct a Layer 2 audit or build Layer 3 automation:

• Where data lives: We build automation within your existing secure environment. We do not copy your core databases to our servers.
• NDA coverage: All Ethos personnel and contractors are covered by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements before any operational audit begins.
• Handover practices: Upon completion of a bespoke build, all administrative access is handed back to you. We retain no backdoor access.
• Responsibilities: Ethos is responsible for building secure, PDPA-compliant workflows. The client remains the Data User under the PDPA, responsible for their core systems and patient/client consent.
