Our services, including the WASP course, operational audits, and bespoke automation builds, are subject to specific engagement letters or contracts. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific engagement contract, the terms of the engagement contract will prevail.

The WASP course is delivered in partnership with Koperasi Doktor Pulau Pinang, an HRD Corp registered training provider. Registration and payment terms for the course will be provided upon application.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ethos Synergy Solutions will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.
