We work in three layers: a two-day hands-on course, an operational audit, and bespoke automation. Most clients start with the course. Some go further. All three are built the same way — grounded, measured, and honest about what AI can and cannot do.
Ethos works in three layers — because that is how AI delivers in the real world.
Layer 1 — The WASP course
A 2-day hands-on workshop where each participant builds a working AI solution for a problem they own at work. Registered under HRD Corp Focus Area 9 — Future Technology, claimable from your employer's levy (status pending final approval). Two formats: in-house on-site, or public Zoom.
Layer 2 — Operational audit
After the course, some clients want a deeper look. Layer 2 is a 2-day on-site diagnostic of your operation, focused on where repetitive work is concentrated and where AI or automation will realistically help. The deliverable is a written report with a ranked list of workflows, honest notes on effort and benefit, and a recommendation for each.
Layer 3 — Bespoke automation
Where the audit makes the case, we design and build the automation. Document generation pipelines. Internal knowledge bases. Clean data transfer between systems. Compliance and reporting workflows. We engage where the audit shows the savings will justify the build.
What we don't do
We do not resell software or take vendor commissions.
We do not position AI as a replacement for skilled staff.
We do not build systems that replace professional judgement — clinical, legal, or otherwise.
We do not replace your existing core systems — we build the automation layer on top.
