A two-day course where you build a working AI solution for a problem you actually own.
Two days. Ten participants. Real work, not theory. No slides about prompting. Each participant brings a recurring task they personally own at work — and leaves with a working AI solution built around it: a Claude Project tuned to their business, a connected workflow that pulls from the tools they already use, and the documentation to run it from Monday morning. Designed for SME owners, partners, practice managers, and senior professionals — people with the autonomy to act on what they learn. RM 1,200 per participant (cash). RM 1,500 per participant once HRD Corp claimable. Capped at 10 participants per cohort.

Enquire about in-house deliveryWASP is delivered by Ethos Synergy Solutions in partnership with Koperasi Doktor Pulau Pinang, an HRD Corp registered training provider. The course is registered under Focus Area 9 — Future Technology and is claimable from your employer's HRD Corp levy contributions(Pending approval).
Your trainer — Dr. Kanthan M.
WASP is designed and delivered by Dr. Kanthan M. — a Malaysian medical doctor (registered with the Malaysian Medical Council), 15-year SME owner-operator of three private clinics in Penang, and HRD Corp Certified Trainer (ID 66457).
For the past two years, Kanthan has integrated AI deeply into his own clinic operations and other businesses using Claude, Claude Code, and the Model Context Protocol. PostFlow — the productised demonstration at postflow.ethos-synergy.com — was built and operated inside his own businesses before being offered to other Malaysian SMEs.
WASP teaches what Kanthan has built and what he uses every day. Every module ends with an artefact a participant can take to work the next morning.
Before Day 1, every participant needs:
A real recurring business problem to work on
3-5 non-confidential business documents and a sample dataset
A laptop (Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+, 16 GB RAM, working microphone and webcam, latest Chrome/Edge/Safari)
20 Mbps stable broadband
An active Claude Pro/Max or ChatGPT Plus account (approximately RM 100 per month, 3 months recommended). Not claimable under HRD Corp. We do not resell.
A pre-course questionnaire is sent 5 working days before Day 1
Assessment: 20% formative + 30% module deliverables + 50% practical assessment. Pass mark: 70% on the practical assessment plus all module deliverables completed. Certificates of Completion are issued, listing CLOs achieved.
Within a week of the course, your organisation receives a brief written summary of how it went, the anonymised workflow mapping outputs from Day 2 afternoon, and a single line offering a deeper operational audit if you want one.
